3D printable concrete: Mixture design and laboratory test methods

Experimental results of the mix design and fresh properties a proposed concrete for 3D printing are presented in this paper. Layer-by-layer sample components were built by designed extruded through nozzle. The two most critical rheological extrudability buildability as they both highly influenced proportion presence superplasticizers. Therefore, study focused on approaches laboratory test methods, which generally allowed access to concrete’s printable properties. Because efficient convenient construction, materials including cement, fly ash, natural sand, superplasticizer selected mixing analysis. Slump-flow tests, V-funnel tests also employed printability mixture study. This first analysis approach methods evaluate 3D-printable can be considered reference orientation further develop technology Vietnam.
